Jose Mourinho is supposedly prepared to allow Anthony Martial to leave Old Trafford this summer as he eyes the signing of a new centre-forward to share the goal-scoring burden with Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez.

While the two clubs are yet to confirm any dialogue over the potential switch, bookmakers seem to have more information over what is happening at Old Trafford, after changing their odds on Martial moving to Tottenham this summer.

As per reports, bookies are suggesting that the deal is likely to happen, having slashed their odds on the transfer to just 2/1.

The Frenchman – an $87,000-a-week star – has missed out on a place at the World Cup, a major decision from France, perhaps, due to his lack of regular action for the Red Devils last season.

Therefore, the 22-year-old is being tipped to move across town to join Mauricio Pochettino’s side this summer.

Martial has fallen down the pecking order at the club, ever since Jose Mourinho was named United manager in the summer of 2016.
