Manchester United are ‘expected to agree’ the signing of Chelsea star Willian by early August, as per reports from the Sun.

Jose Mourinho has recently admitted that he is not completely satisfied with the club’s activity in the transfer market so far as he is seeking at least two more new players.

Willian, for much of this summer transfer window, has been recognized as one of United’s main targets to bolster an attack which was led by Romelu Lukaku last season.

As per the Sun’s claim, United are expected to agree a deal to sign the Brazilian star before the transfer window shuts next week on August 9.

Rumours over the weekend suggested that Chelsea had accepted Manchester United’s offer for the $158,000-a-week player, who scored in the meeting between the two clubs at Old Trafford last season.

The possible arrival of Willian could push Anthony Martial further on his way out of the club.
