Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has revealed that he is expecting at least one new signing to be completed before the transfer window closes.

The Red Devils boss is keen on adding more quality to his squad before the season starts in just two weeks.

Mourinho has been linked with several players including Chelsea star Willian and Juventus defender Alex Sandro.

The United manager, who has handed his wishlist of players to the club, is expecting at least one new signing to be completed before the transfer window shuts on August 9.

“I would like to have two more players. I think I am not going to have two. I think it’s possible I am going to have one. It’s possible,” said Mourinho

“I gave a list to the club of five names a few months ago and I wait to see if it is possible to have one of these players.

“If it is possible it is possible, if it is not possible it is not possible. “If it is possible, good, if it is not possible we keep fighting, working and believing in the players that we have.”
