‘We should sell him’…Fans are still slating United player after Everton win

Manchester united fans found a way to slate Romelu Lukaku on social media even though the striker was not involved in Monday’s clash against Everton.

The Red Devils have put themselves under severe pressure over the past week after failing to win against Liecester city, Burnley and Southampton.

Lukaku huffed and puffed in those draws before sustaining a worrying injury during the first half of the affair against Southampton last Saturday.

And in his absence, Anthony Martial was certainly the shinning light on Monday as Manchester United did well to see off Everton in an important 2-0 win.

The Frenchman’s show has seen him win many praises from the United faithful and some are even using him as the stick to beat Lukaku with.

Particularly given United have no wingers to service him, not sure Lukaku should get in the first XI. More options and fluidity without him.

If Lukaku was playing it’ll would have been a draw against Everton too. Those finishes from Martial and Lingard ain’t easy. Lukaku in the same situation would have held the ball and pass it back to De Gea
