‘Sell him in January’ – Some fans want United star sold now after Newcastle loss
A number of Manchester United fans appear to have had enough of striker Marcus Rahsford, whose form has not particularly been good after his return from injury recently.
United were already facing serious scrutiny heading into Sunday’s game after their inconsistent form this season which has seen the club struggle to keep up in the top four race.
The draw in the Europa League on Thursday night gave many fans of the Red Devils alot to worry about especially when it comes to goalscoring in the team.
Marcus Rashford remains the only senior striker available, thanks to the exits of Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez in the summer transfer window.
Sunday produced another frustrating result for United as Newcastle managed to secure a 1-0 win, courtesy of a goal in the second half.
At full-time, some supporters were calling for the departure of Rashford to happen after the striker’s fruitless display upfront.
Please sell rashford

Get off no 10 jersey from #rashford , he is not at all worthy !!! Cancel his contract and sell in January window !! Simply waste !!
I still feel #rooney can do better job than rashford #manchesterunited #mufc #Manchester @ManUtd— sakthi dharan (@sakthidhar) October 6, 2019
Rashford seems to offer us nothing upfront. Really worrying especially after ole seemed more than happy to sell Lukaku without any replacement.
