United await green-light to sign 27-year-old, Ed Woodward would be involved
As per the Express, Manchester United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward is awaiting on receiving the green-light from Jose Mourinho in order to make a move to sign Alex Sandro from Juventus.
The 27-year-old is widely claimed to be the man whom Jose Mourinho is chasing to solve his problems from last season at left-back where Luke Shaw is struggling to stake a claim in the starting eleven.
Sources in France recently suggested that Sandro had also agreed terms with PSG, and fancies following the footsteps of countryman Dani Alves by moving from Turin to the France capital.
However, Mourinho is not finished with his pursuit of the former Porto man, with more reports claiming that the United boss will make another move for the defender this summer.
They also state that the Serie A champions have named their price for Sandro, which has been widely reported as around £60m.
