Manchester United are reported to have agreed personal terms with Barcelona defender Yerry Mina over a transfer switch this month.

Jose Mourinho has recently admitted that he expects the club to secure the services of at least one more player before the transfer window closes next week.

The United manager has let the club know once again that more spending will be needed if his side are to challenge for the title next season.

Thus, the Red Devils have moved to agree personal terms with Yerry Mina, as per a report by Mundo Deportivo.

Barcelona are reported to be asking for a fee of $46.3million (€40 million) to sell the defender, who was at his best for Colombia this summer as they reached the round of 16 of the 2018 World Cup.

Manchester United are aware that strengthening the defense will be required if the club is to challenge Manchester City for the Premier League title next season.
