Manchester United are ready to push through a move to sign Yannick Carrasco from the Chinese Super League, as per a report by Calcio Mercato.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been doing very well so far as Manchester United’s caretaker manager and he will be hoping to see the winning run go on against Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.

Transfer business may well happen this month for the Red Devils with Carrasco on the list of players whom the club is tracking.

The latest report is saying that United, having held talks with Solksjaer over transfer plans, are ready to push through a move to sign the former Atletico Madrid man.

Carrasco is rather claimed to be closer to a move to Arsenal instead of Old Trafford, but United can offer the forward a better salary than their Premier League colleagues.

Even though Marcus Rashford has been in exceptional form over the past month, the squad could do with another goalscorer.
