Reports in Italy are suggesting that Manchester United are set to hold talks with Juventus over a transfer for five players between the two clubs.

Juventus are said to be interested in luring three of those players while Manchester United will have two.

According to Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils are keen on signing Sami Khedira, Alex Sandro, and Mario Mandzukic, while the Old Lady are looking to sign Anthony Martial and Matteo Darmian in return.

Even so, Juventus are reportedly not willing to sell Mandzukic at the moment, but the Italian champions would entertain offers for Khedira and Sandro.

This report comes just a few days after claims that the Red Devils are no longer pursuing a deal for Alex Sandro as Jose Mourinho believes he now has enough options are left back.

It will be interesting to see how the potential deal transpires as United would also look to avoid selling Anthony Martial.
