‘Worst signing we have made’ – Some fans don’t want United star anymore after display against Saints
Manchester United fans went berserk after yet another bad performance from record earner Alexis Sanchez against Southampton.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s appointment has been a masterstroke by the Manchester United board, with the former Red Devils striker finding a way to get the best out of the team.
Not only has the Norwegian broken multiple records along the way, he’s also helped the likes of Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial flourish again.
However, one player who has failed to make any impact under the new manager is Alexis Sanchez and after a few injuries, he got a chance to change that against Southampton.
The Chilean still failed to make any impact whatsoever and looked a shadow of his old self, which was why former manager Jose Mourino had brought him in. Things went from bad to worse as Sanchez was eventually replaced after an injury.
To add to all the troubles, the 30-year-old has only produced six goals since his move and that has enraged more than a few fans this season.
Alexis Sanchez is easily the worst signing we have made. No doubt about it

We're a much better team without Alexis Sanchez but being happy he's Injured is harsh. Watching him today he's clear lost a yard of pace. Just a very bad signing

That two minutes of Alexis Sanchez's career, when his #MUFC team-mates refused to put the ball out so he could get treatment. Seconds later he's off and United become a totally different side. I think that's it for him at Old Trafford. He's not worth even 10% of his wage.

Batshuayi has more premier league goals than Alexis Sanchez. He has played three PL games pic.twitter.com/tG0jUQ6hHN

Alexis Sánchez goes off and we score a minute later.
Coincidence? I think f*cking not.

http://www.fanchesterunited.com/worst-signing-we-have-made-some-fans-dont-want-united-star-anymore-after-display-against-saints/If Alexis Sanchez can’t find himself for 90 minutes against a team sitting 2 points from relegation, he needs to hand in his own transfer request and move on. It would be best for both parties because his wages do not justify such abysmal inept lackluster performances.
