Man United fans react to Romelu Lukaku’s performance vs Real Salt Lake
Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has received rave reviews for his performance against Real Salt Lake on Monday.
The 24-year-old completed his transfer to United just over a week ago following months of speculation.
Lukaku’s move to United has already attracted criticism from rival fans who are arguing that the Red Devils overpaid for him.
And on Saturday night, those naysayers were given some ammunition as the former Everton star failed to put away a one-on-one opportunity against LA Galaxy.
However, Lukaku was in better form on Monday night against Real Salt Lake in his second appearance for Jose Mourinho’s side.
The striker, who scored 25 goals in the Premier League last season, managed to score his first goal in a United shirt.
And here was how fans reacted to his performance…
Lukaku scores it's just MLS team. Lukaku don't score it's waste of money. The agenda against Utd is appaling.

Brilliant composure from Lukaku. He's been much better today. Superb in the build up and gets a fantastic goal. Amazing for his confidence.

Composed finish by Lukaku there. The sort of goal you want from Lukaku, bursting away from defenders and finishing in one-on-one-situations.

Don't think Lukaku will care that Jack, 14, Liverpool mocks his touch on social media when he picks up the Premier League Golden boot
