Former England international Gary Lineker reacted on Twitter to Romelu Lukaku’s goal-scoring display against his former club on Sunday.

The 24-year-old became the most expensive striker in the Red Devils’ history after agreeing to join the club during the summer transfer window.

Lukaku has so far made a sublime start to his debut season at Old Trafford, scoring six goals in six games ahead of this weekend’s Premier League fixture.

The Belgium international continued his prolific form as he netted a late goal against his former club Everton to help United clinch all the three points after last week’s draw at Stoke City.

Lukaku’s performance certainly impressed Lineker who also took notice of the striker’s decision to actually celebrate scoring against the club he used to play for.
