United would have $40.7m fee to pay in move for South American star
Manchester United have been given the chance to add another top midfielder to their ranks this summer as Jose Mourinho plans another assault on the Premier League title.
The Red Devils have brought in Brazilian star Fred and renewed the contract of Marouane Fellaini thus far, however, with the likes of Liverpool also spending huge sums to build a strong midfield, Mourinho may want more depth in his squad.
Sun Sport claims that Manchester United target Arturo Vidal is currently available for just $40.7million (£31 million).
The Chilean has been linked with a move to Old Trafford since his time at Juventus and he almost signed for Louis Van Gaal’s side in the summer of 2015.
The report claims that Bayern Munich, who were previously unwilling to do business over the sale of the Chile international, are now open to selling him if any of his suitors can pay the $40.7million (£31 million) price.
